Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can contact our customer support team via email at hirelshoes@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +91 8979878712 / +91 9760324773. Please ensure to mention your order number in your email or text.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders:

  • If the cancellation is made before shipment, we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving your cancellation request.
  • If the cancellation is made after the shipment has been dispatched or the product is being returned in 3-5 Days, the refund will be processed once we receive and verify the product at our warehouse.
  • For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 24-48 business hours of receiving the product back. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount based on the billing details you provide. This will be done within 24-48 business hours of receiving the product and your bank details. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • After refund initiation Refund amount will be credited to its bank account t in 5-7 working days 
  • We also offer refunds in the form of Hirel coupons, which can be used for future purchases.

Use of Discount Vouchers or Loyalty Points:

  • Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will be considered used even if you cancel the order.
  • Loyalty points redeemed during the purchase will be credited back to your account in the event of cancellation.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Return Policy: Hirel offers an 'Easy Return Policy' where you can raise a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery. We accept partial returns, allowing you to return one or all products in your order.

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at hirelshoes@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your order ID details and specify your request to return/replace/refund. Attach an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
  3. We will arrange for the product pickup within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will be initiated once we receive the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  4. For non-serviceable pin codes by our courier partners, you may need to self-ship the product(s).

Non-Returnable Items: Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • The product is returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • The serial number is tampered with.
  • The product is defective and not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The product is used or altered.
  • The return request is initiated after 7 business days of delivery.
  • The product was provided as a free gift.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement or refund by following these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at hirelshoes@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order ID details and specify your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items. Attach an image of the product and the invoice for reference.
  3. We will arrange for the product pickup within 2-4 business days. The refund or replacement process will be initiated once we receive the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
  4. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount.

Rejected Returns: To get rejected returns back, a fee of ₹150/- is applicable.

Exchanged Items: No return/refund requests will be entertained for exchanged items once the exchange process is completed.

Free Gifts: The free gift included with your purchase must be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Partial Returns: You can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item in your order. However, any product being returned must be returned in full, including all components and any complimentary gifts or products received with it.
