At Hirels, we understand the importance of receiving your purchased products in perfect condition and on time. Therefore, we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible.
- Depending on the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
- The entire order amount will be refunded if the order or product is cancelled, damaged, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location
- Products will be delivered within 5-7 working days(2-5 Metro Cities &2-7 Tier 2&3 Cities).
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY - INDIA
At Hirels, we work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you are not satisfied with the fit, color, or design, simply exchange the product within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Returns/Exchange - India
Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defects or faulty workmanship. We always strive to take care of our customers in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
Hirels' returns and exchange policy allows you to raise a request to inform us of a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please do not use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories, and tags. You are welcome to try on a product but ensure you maintain its condition.
- The product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable condition upon reaching our designated warehouse. Failure to do so may result in deduction and a delayed exchange time or even cancellation of your exchange request. Help us to serve you better!.
- Refund will be issued to the buyer after QC and Amount will reflect in Customer
- After refund initiation Refund amount will be credited to its bank account t in 5-7 working days
- If the cancellation is made after the shipment has been dispatched or the product is being returned in 3-5 Days.
Note: In case of returns, we offer only store credit refunds. Once we pick up your return, our team will conduct a quality check. If the product passes our quality check, we will provide a credit note or exchange. If the product does not pass the quality check, we will return it to you and reject your return or exchange request.
- If you choose to exchange the product due to a mismatch of size, color, or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product free of cost, after our examination of the product delivered to you. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
